After decades as an educator and support for vulnerable populations, Heather took her own education a step further and got her Master of Counselling Psychology (MACP) in 2021, and has been part of the counselling family at Seasons since May of 2021.
While Heather's clinical counselling experience covers trauma, depression, anxiety, and loss, her interest and specialization are in ADHD and all neurodivergence that make many of us unique. Her approach leans heavily into understanding how our biology affects our psychology - and vise versa. Known for her use of humor and innate ability to connect, Heather uses aspects of CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused Therapy to facilitate her clients' growth and discovery at a pivotal time in their lives.

Of Nicole's work with clients at Seasons, Nicole says her role isn't to solve people's problems, but to help them solve their own so they can find their way out of the forest and live the life they want to live.
