Hannah completed a practicum at Seasons Health in 2018 because of her interest in the field of injury rehab, and has now returned as a practicing Kinesiologist. Hannah says “Exercise has always been important to me. I decided to study Kinesiology because I believe exercise can be a great complement to traditional medical interventions, increasing both the physical and mental health of individuals from all walks of life.” She is in her element when she can increase a client’s confidence about their rehabilitation and can work with them to move forward with a positive perspective. Hannah places a high value on building mutually collaborative partnerships with clients in order to design individualized programs with productive goals. She is also passionate about maintaining her own personal wellness through running, yoga, delicious food (especially ice-cream), exploring the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. Weekend activities include backcountry hiking, camping, fishing, or working on her GMC Safari van conversion.
